In this role, you will lead financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements while driving process improvements. • Proven experience in accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, or operations finance, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial concepts.<br>• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships and solve complex problems.<br>• Experience in driving process standardization and optimization, with a focus on transformation and innovation.<br>• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex financial concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences.<br>• Leadership experience, including developing teams, leading transformation initiatives, or managing projects.<br>• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.<br>• Previous experience in manufacturing finance or accounting, with a focus on cost accounting principles.
