Risk Management Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Risk Management Coordinator to join a long-term contract opportunity in Lodi, California. This position supports risk-related claims activity by helping manage auto liability cases from initial review through resolution while working closely with internal partners and external claim stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in claims administration, strong documentation skills, and the ability to interpret trends that can improve safety and risk outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Review incident reports and collect supporting details to help evaluate auto liability claims accurately and promptly.</p><p>• Maintain organized claim records, ensuring all case information, correspondence, and status updates are thoroughly documented.</p><p>• Partner with insurance carriers, brokers, third-party administrators, and adjusters to move claims forward and address outstanding issues.</p><p>• Track open claims, follow up on next steps, and help drive timely resolution through consistent coordination with involved parties.</p><p>• Examine loss data and recurring claim patterns to identify opportunities for risk reduction and stronger preventive practices.</p><p>• Contribute to safety and risk management efforts by sharing claim insights that support awareness and operational improvement.</p><p>• Assist with claim-related reporting and provide updates to stakeholders on activity, exposure, and resolution progress.</p><p>• Take on additional risk management assignments as needed to support departmental priorities and compliance objectives.</p>
<p>• At least 3 years of hands-on experience handling auto liability or related claims activity.</p><p>• Background working with insurance carriers, brokers, TPAs, and claims adjusters in a coordinated claims environment.</p><p>• Ability to investigate incidents, compile accurate records, and manage confidential information with discretion.</p><p>• Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing claim activity, loss trends, or risk-related data.</p><p>• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.</p><p>• Experience with HRIS platforms or human resources information systems is preferred.</p><p>• Familiarity with HRIS implementation or HRIS system support is an asset.</p><p>• Prior exposure to team leadership or informal oversight responsibilities is preferred.</p><p>Please call 209.279.5269 to be considered.</p>
