Client Services Representative
<p>We are looking for a Client Services Representative to join a fast-paced client services team in Las Vegas. This Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, enjoys helping clients, and can build trust through responsive support. The role centers on delivering a positive customer experience while assisting business clients with tax-related follow-up and service inquiries in a high-volume environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Deliver courteous and timely assistance to clients across phone and written communication channels.</p><p>• Contact business clients after tax filings to confirm required paperwork has been submitted and is complete.</p><p>• Prepare, respond to, and route business correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Handle a steady volume of inbound and outbound interactions while maintaining service quality and strong communication.</p><p>• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and make appropriate referrals that support client needs and business growth.</p><p>• Record client interactions and updates clearly using designated systems and tools.</p><p>• Resolve routine service questions efficiently and escalate more complex concerns when needed.</p>
<p>• Experience providing customer support in a call center or similarly fast-moving service environment.</p><p>• Ability to manage high-volume inbound and outbound communication with professionalism and accuracy.</p><p>• Strong verbal and written communication skills when assisting business clients.</p><p>• Comfort with outbound outreach and service-based cross-selling or referral activity.</p><p>• Proficiency with Google Suite for daily administrative and communication tasks.</p><p>• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is a plus. </p><p>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when reviewing documentation and tracking follow-up items.</p><p>• Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment while maintaining a client-focused approach.</p>
