<ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred</li><li>5+ years of accounting, finance, or financial services experience</li><li>Experience in banking, healthcare, insurance, or another highly regulated industry preferred</li><li>Strong financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger experience</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting requirements</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail</li></ul>
