<p>Orlando area company is looking for a Controller. The company is looking for a minimum of 5+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Controller will include, but not limited to the following.</p><p><br></p><p>-- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger activities, month-end and year-end close, and internal controls.</p><p><br></p><p>-- Prepare and review board reporting packages, ensuring complete, accurate, and actionable financial insights for executive leadership and the board of directors.</p><p><br></p><p>-- Monitor, interpret, and report on compliance with debt covenants; maintain communication with lenders and proactively manage any issues or reporting requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>-- Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.</p><p><br></p><p>-- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>-- Implement and improve accounting procedures and financial controls as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>-- Support external audits and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors.</p><p><br></p><p>-- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support growth and operational efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p>For immediate consideration regarding the Controller position, please send your resume to Andy Poquette, VP - Practice Director. ***You can message me on LinkedIn ( Andy Poquette ) to send me your resume directly.
