<p>We are seeking a Power Apps Developer to build and support low-code solutions that improve business operations across the organization. This long-term contract role will design secure, scalable applications and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform, while partnering with business and technical teams to drive adoption, governance, and process improvement.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot, and related Power Platform tools.</li><li>Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate requirements into effective solutions.</li><li>Establish and maintain platform governance, development standards, and environment management practices.</li><li>Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Oracle, cloud services, internal systems, and external APIs.</li><li>Create Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Advise stakeholders on platform capabilities, licensing, and solution design best practices.</li><li>Provide technical leadership, documentation, and user support.</li><li>Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, data protection, and governance requirements.</li><li>Lead training, knowledge-sharing, to promote adoption.</li><li>Troubleshoot applications, optimize performance, and evaluate new Power Platform and AI capabilities.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Hands-on experience developing Power Apps.</p><p>Strong experience with Power Automate workflows and Power BI reporting.</p><p>Ability to design applications, data models, and integrations using connectors and APIs.</p><p>Experience integrating Power Platform with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and third-party services.</p><p>Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, and cloud security best practices.</p><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</p><p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</p><p>Scripting, or Azure services is a plus.</p>
