<p>We are looking for a skilled System Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This long-term contract position requires someone with strong attention to detail, expertise in analyzing business needs, and the ability to translate them into efficient technical solutions. </p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a skilled professional to design and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, support identity integrations, and bridge technical and business requirements. This role combines technical expertise with strong business analysis skills to ensure secure, seamless authentication across enterprise applications.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain SSO solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.</li><li>Configure and troubleshoot SAML-based integrations with enterprise applications.</li><li>Collaborate with IAM teams to ensure secure authentication and authorization.</li><li>Document system specifications, workflows, and configurations.</li><li>Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.</li><li>Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide status updates.</li><li>Create use cases, process flows, and user stories for development teams.</li><li>Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.</li><li>Provide on-call support for critical authentication issues and act as point of contact during escalations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with SSO integrations, SAML configurations, and identity federation.</li><li>Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and related security protocols.</li><li>Basic understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and IAM concepts.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, and process documentation.</li><li>Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.</li><li>Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with cloud identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity).</li><li>Knowledge of API integrations and web services.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).</li></ul><p><br></p>
