We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our growing security organization. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for safeguarding enterprise systems, designing secure architectures, enhancing threat detection capabilities, and driving security initiatives across the business. You will work closely with engineering, cloud, infrastructure, and leadership teams to ensure the organization remains secure, compliant, and resilient. What You’ll Do<ul><li>Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise security controls, tools, and processes</li><li>Architect secure solutions across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments</li><li>Develop and maintain security standards, configurations, and best practices</li><li>Build advanced detection and response capabilities using SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and threat intelligence</li><li>Analyze malware, logs, vulnerabilities, and network activity to identify and respond to threats</li><li>Perform security risk assessments, architecture reviews, and remediation planning</li><li>Drive incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and post-incident analysis</li><li>Support vulnerability management programs, penetration testing coordination, and patch governance</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure development practices and DevSecOps principles</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul>

What We’re Looking For<ul><li>5+ years of dedicated cybersecurity engineering experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, Zero Trust)</li><li>Hands-on experience with:</li><li>SIEM platforms (Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, etc.)</li><li>EDR tools (Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, etc.)</li><li>Cloud security (Azure, AWS, or GCP)</li><li>Network security architecture (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, segmentation)</li><li>Proficiency in scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)</li><li>Experience with identity & access management, MFA, SSO, and conditional access</li><li>Strong understanding of incident response and threat-hunting methodologies</li><li>Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul> Nice to Have<ul><li>Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, CEH, AZ-500, or Security+</li><li>Experience securing containerization and DevOps pipelines</li><li>Background in forensics, malware analysis, or red/purple teaming</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Opportunity to influence enterprise-wide security architecture</li><li>Collaborative environment with strong executive support for cybersecurity</li><li>Competitive salary, benefits, and long-term career growth</li><li>Work with modern security tools and lead meaningful security initiatives</li></ul>
