<p>We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, modernize, and support enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Microsoft Azure, and modern front-end technologies. This individual will play a key role in application architecture, cloud development, system integration, and the ongoing improvement of application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.</p>

<p>3+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in C# and .NET</p><p>Experience with .NET Core, modern .NET versions, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework Core</p><p>Strong experience designing and developing scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services</p><p>Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including several of the following:</p><ul><li>Azure Functions</li><li>Azure App Service</li><li>Azure SQL Database</li><li>Azure Storage</li><li>Azure Service Bus</li><li>Azure Key Vault</li><li>Azure API Management</li><li>Azure Application Insights</li><li>Azure DevOps</li><li>Entra ID/Azure Active Directory</li></ul><p>Experience building and supporting serverless, cloud-native, or event-driven applications</p><p>Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with internal and third-party systems</p><p>Strong SQL skills, including database design, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance troubleshooting</p><p>Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated deployments, and multiple application environments</p><p>Experience using Claude or similar generative AI tools within the software development workflow</p><p>Ability to use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and test creation while independently reviewing and validating generated output</p><p>Understanding of secure coding practices, cloud security, authentication, authorization, and application monitoring</p><p>Experience troubleshooting complex application, integration, database, and production performance issues</p><p>Ability to evaluate existing applications, identify technical debt, and recommend practical modernization strategies</p><p>Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, and software architecture</p><p>Experience with unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and software quality standards</p><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills</p><p>Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and mentor less-experienced developers</p>
