<p>We’re looking for a <strong>BI Engineer</strong> with strong experience in <strong>Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL</strong> to help design, build, and scale analytics solutions that drive business decision‑making.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and develop dashboards and reports using <strong>Power BI</strong></li><li>Build and manage data models using <strong>Microsoft Fabric</strong> (Lakehouse, Warehouses, Data Pipelines)</li><li>Write and optimize complex <strong>SQL</strong> queries for reporting and analytics</li><li>Transform raw data into clean, reliable, and well‑modeled datasets</li><li>Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into BI solutions</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, performance, and consistency across reports</li><li>Support data governance, documentation, and best practices</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong hands‑on experience with <strong>Power BI</strong> (DAX, data modeling, visuals)</li><li>Working knowledge of <strong>Microsoft Fabric</strong></li><li>Advanced <strong>SQL</strong> skills (joins, CTEs, performance tuning)</li><li>Experience working with data warehouses or lakehouse architectures</li><li>Ability to clearly communicate insights to technical and non‑technical users</li><li>Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Azure data services</li><li>Familiarity with ETL / data pipelines</li><li>Analytics engineering or dbt experience</li><li>Python experience for data analysis or automation</li></ul><p><br></p>
