<p>Robert Half is partnering with a construction firm in the recruiting for a creative Interior Designer to help shape thoughtful, functional spaces for commercial construction projects for their clients. This position partners with clients and cross-functional project teams to translate design goals into practical interior solutions that meet budget, schedule, and build requirements. The role supports projects from early planning through final installation, balancing visual impact with constructability and client expectations.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a permanent placement opportunity offering competitive health insurance, annual bonus eligibility, 401k match, generous vacation and flexible schedule. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Develop interior design concepts that reflect client objectives, operational needs, and overall project vision.</p><p>• Produce and revise design documentation, including plans, finish selections, specifications, and construction-related drawing packages.</p><p>• Use Revit and architectural drawing tools to prepare accurate layouts and support coordinated project execution.</p><p>• Work closely with architects, project managers, estimators, subcontractors, and clients to maintain alignment throughout each project phase.</p><p>• Select materials, furnishings, and window covering solutions that support both design intent and project performance requirements.</p><p>• Review project scope, budgets, and construction constraints to recommend design solutions that are practical and cost-conscious.</p><p>• Support the full implementation process by answering design questions, updating documents, and helping resolve field-related issues during installation.</p><p>• Contribute to commercial construction projects from concept development through completion while maintaining quality and design consistency.</p>

<p>• Experience in interior design, preferably within commercial construction or design-build environments.</p><p>• Proficiency in Revit and strong ability to interpret and create construction and architectural drawings.</p><p>• Knowledge of interior finish selection, space planning, and specification development.</p><p>• Experience coordinating design work with project teams, clients, and construction partners.</p><p>• Understanding of budget-sensitive design decisions and cost, design, and installation considerations.</p>
