Responsibilities: • Manage and lead the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. • Oversee financial consolidations and ensure alignment with organizational standards. • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and internal controls. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and leadership, to support financial objectives. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in a growing business environment. • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting standards. • Support audits, including DCAA compliance, by providing necessary documentation and insights. • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and create detailed financial reports. • Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions. • Drive initiatives to streamline accounting processes and improve internal workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; candidates with Finance or Economics degrees only will not be considered. • Proven experience managing financial consolidations and month-end close processes. • Demonstrated expertise in compliance with industry-specific regulations and reporting standards. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis. • Strong knowledge of DCAA compliance and financial statement audits. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, scaling environment. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
