Community Manager
We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to support property operations for a Contract position based in Huron, California. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can oversee daily management activities, maintain strong resident and tenant relationships, and help ensure properties operate efficiently and in compliance with applicable housing standards. The role requires someone with a solid background in both residential and commercial property management who can balance service, organization, and operational oversight.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Direct day-to-day property operations for assigned residential and commercial communities, ensuring smooth performance across leasing, maintenance coordination, and occupancy matters.<br>• Build positive relationships with residents, tenants, vendors, and owners by responding promptly to concerns and maintaining a high standard of customer service.<br>• Monitor property condition through routine inspections and coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor follow-up as needed.<br>• Support leasing and occupancy goals by overseeing renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and documentation accuracy for resident and tenant files.<br>• Administer property records, reports, and compliance documentation while helping ensure adherence to HUD guidelines and company policies.<br>• Track operating activities and assist with budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting to promote stable property performance.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve operational issues efficiently and maintain community standards.
• At least 3 years of experience in property management, with exposure to both residential and commercial environments.<br>• Demonstrated knowledge of property operations, tenant relations, leasing practices, and day-to-day site management.<br>• Experience working within a property management company or similar real estate management setting.<br>• Familiarity with HUD regulations and compliance expectations in a property management context.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.<br>• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities when working with residents, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.<br>• Proficiency in handling administrative responsibilities related to property oversight, reporting, and coordination.
