Junior Project Manager
<p><br></p><ul><li>2–3 years of hands-on experience in project coordination, ideally within IT or business transformation initiatives.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to support core project management activities, including tracking action items, preparing status updates, scheduling and facilitating meetings, documenting minutes, and maintaining organized project records.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and time management.</li><li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Planner.</li><li>Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Experience working with ServiceNow is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL practices or certification is preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
<p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain and regularly update comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.</li><li>Monitor task progress, dependencies, and key milestones across infrastructure, application, and security sub-workstreams.</li><li>Assist in managing and maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).</li><li>Create and refine PowerPoint presentations and status reports for steering committees and stakeholder meetings.</li><li>Collect updates from subject matter experts and transform them into clear, executive-level visuals and summaries.</li><li>Support the development of timelines, Gantt charts, dashboards, and overall project health indicators.</li><li>Organize and maintain project documentation across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms.</li><li>Ensure consistency and alignment between project plans and documentation repositories.</li><li>Contribute to the creation and standardization of templates and reporting formats for efficient project tracking.</li></ul><p><br></p>
