• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including responsibilities aligned with an Assistant Controller or senior accounting role. • Demonstrated success managing month-end close activities in a fast-paced business environment. • Strong working knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. • Experience producing accurate financial reporting and interpreting results for management review. • Hands-on proficiency with Dynamics and Dynamics GP. • Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and reporting best practices. • Advanced attention to detail, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
