We are looking for a skilled eDS Attorney/Lawyer to join our team on a contract basis in Hilliard, Ohio. This position involves providing expertise in employment law, with a focus on plaintiff-side cases, and handling discovery-related tasks. The role is ideal for someone with experience in legal research and document review.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct thorough legal research to support employment law cases and motions for summary judgment.<br>• Manage discovery processes, including document review and coding, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<br>• Utilize Relativity and other legal tools to streamline case analysis and documentation.<br>• Draft legal briefs, motions, and other necessary documents for plaintiff-side employment law cases.<br>• Collaborate with legal teams to strategize and prepare for litigation.<br>• Analyze case details to identify key evidence and develop arguments.<br>• Assist in organizing and presenting information for hearings or court proceedings.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive legal data.
