Recruiter
<p>**This position is a 100% Contract role - On-site**</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts for property operations roles in Hayward, California. This position will manage active recruitment needs for positions such as janitorial, maintenance, and assistant property management staff, while keeping the hiring process organized and responsive. The ideal candidate brings hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience, can begin quickly, and is comfortable working across applicant tracking systems and standard office tools.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead recruitment activities for property-based openings, including janitorial staff, maintenance personnel, and Assistant Property Manager positions.</p><p>• Screen resumes and submitted applications to determine alignment with role expectations and hiring criteria.</p><p>• Coordinate candidate communication by sending interview schedules, reminders, and relevant preparation details.</p><p>• Keep applicant information current and well-documented within the applicant tracking system.</p><p>• Partner with hiring stakeholders to move candidates efficiently through each stage of the selection process.</p><p>• Source talent with relevant experience and maintain an active pipeline for current and upcoming staffing needs.</p><p>• Support a smooth hiring workflow by prioritizing urgent openings and responding quickly to recruiting demands.</p>
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle hiring responsibility.<br>• Background recruiting for high-volume or field-based positions is strongly preferred.<br>• Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements with accuracy and consistency.<br>• Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Paycom or similar platforms.<br>• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<br>• Proficiency with Outlook for scheduling and candidate communication.<br>• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Google Chat is preferred.<br>• Able to start promptly and contribute with minimal ramp-up time.
