This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance leader with strong controlling, FP&A, financial planning, and business partnering experience who enjoys working closely with senior leadership and driving business performance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Own P&L, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance</li><li>Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and performance management</li><li>Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams</li><li>Drive process, reporting, and systems improvements across the finance function</li><li>Maintain strong financial controls, compliance, and adherence to U.S. GAAP and applicable accounting standards</li><li>Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team</li></ul>
