<p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our clients Human Resources team. In this Recruiter role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions supporting government contracts, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and permanent top talent. The ideal Recruiter will have experience recruiting in a high-volume environment, building talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance with federal employment regulations and government contracting requirements. </p><p> </p><p>Here&#39;s what you get to look forward to doing daily in the Recruiter role: </p><ul><li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition through accepted offer for assigned positions. </li><li>Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, define job requirements, and ensure an effective hiring process. </li><li>Source, screen, and engage experience in candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels. </li><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions. </li><li>Coordinate interviews, extend contingent offers, and manage pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding. </li><li>Recruit for positions supporting government contracts, including roles requiring security clearances and military installation access. </li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS). </li><li>Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress and pipeline activity. </li><li>Represent the organization at career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives while building relationships with workforce partners. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, government contracting requirements, and organizational policies.</li></ul><p><br></p>
Bachelor&#39;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting government contracts, high-volume recruiting, or regulated industries. Experience recruiting for positions requiring security clearances or military installation access is preferred. Knowledge of federal employment laws, EEO, ADA, OFCCP, VEVRAA, AbilityOne, and government contracting compliance is preferred. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Strong sourcing skills utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting platforms. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize competing deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
