The role requires consistent attention to detail, strong typing ability, and a dependable approach to handling numeric and text-based records.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Enter numeric and text data into computer systems with a high level of speed and accuracy.</p><p>• Review source documents carefully to ensure information is complete, consistent, and correctly recorded.</p><p>• Update existing records and make corrections when discrepancies or missing details are identified.</p><p>• Maintain organized electronic files and data logs to support efficient record tracking.</p><p>• Verify entered information against original documentation to reduce errors and improve data quality.</p><p>• Follow established procedures for handling routine data processing tasks and meeting daily productivity goals.</p>
• Prior experience performing data entry in a detail-focused office or administrative setting.<br>• Strong typing skills with the ability to enter information quickly and accurately.<br>• Confidence working with numeric data and maintaining precision in repetitive tasks.<br>• Basic computer proficiency, including experience using data entry systems or standard business software.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in records.<br>• Ability to manage repetitive assignments while maintaining focus and productivity.
