The ideal candidate will be versatile, organized, and comfortable handling both administrative tasks and employee-facing responsibilities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Maintain accurate records of confidential employee data and ensure timely updates in HR systems.<br>• Coordinate and process 401k submissions, medical renewals, and other benefits-related reports.<br>• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors professionally and managing light foot traffic.<br>• Assist with scheduling and ordering lunches for meetings, ensuring smooth coordination.<br>• Post job openings on various platforms and assist with conducting video interviews.<br>• Support employee onboarding processes, including background checks and documentation.<br>• Collaborate with team members on HR-related projects and initiatives.<br>• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing and reporting tasks.
