We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a workforce of over 2,300 employees across multiple operating companies. Responsibilities: • Process weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees across multiple operating companies. • Manage garnishments, commissions, and other payroll adjustments with precision and compliance. • Assist with audits to ensure payroll records meet regulatory standards and internal policies. • Utilize intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, to analyze payroll data effectively. • Collaborate with the payroll supervisor and team members to maintain smooth payroll operations. • Support the transition to Workday payroll systems, contributing to implementation planning and execution. • Handle multi-state payroll processing with adherence to varying state-specific regulations. • Maintain accurate records of payroll taxes and deductions. • Ensure timely submission of payroll reports and documentation to relevant stakeholders. • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and provide thorough and accurate resolutions.

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing for large employee groups, preferably over 500 employees. • Proficiency in multi-state payroll and a strong understanding of state-specific regulations. • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems. • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions. • Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies. • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and employees. • Familiarity with payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance requirements. • Ability to work onsite initially, with potential for hybrid scheduling after onboarding.
