<p>Robert Half is hiring NOC Engineers and NOC Technicians to support clients with network monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and 24/7 infrastructure operations.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Monitor networks, systems, circuits, and infrastructure using monitoring tools</li><li>Respond to alerts and troubleshoot connectivity or performance issues</li><li>Create, update, and manage incident tickets</li><li>Perform initial triage and escalate complex issues</li><li>Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network connectivity</li><li>Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and service providers</li><li>Maintain incident documentation and shift handoff notes</li><li>Participate in 24/7 or rotating shift environments when required</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Previous NOC, network support, help desk, or infrastructure experience</li><li>Understanding of TCP/IP and common networking concepts</li><li>Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring platforms</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and communication skills</li><li>Experience with ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Splunk, Nagios, or similar tools is a plus</li></ul><p>Cisco certifications or experience with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or related technologies are beneficial.</p>
