<p>Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for a Fresno-area client. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing transportation schedules, tracking inventory movement, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery</li><li>Communicate with carriers, vendors, warehouses, and customers regarding shipment status</li><li>Monitor transportation schedules and resolve shipping delays or discrepancies</li><li>Track inventory movement and maintain accurate logistics records</li><li>Prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, and related paperwork</li><li>Enter and maintain data within ERP, transportation, and inventory management systems</li><li>Assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle counts as needed</li><li>Monitor freight costs and support logistics reporting</li><li>Collaborate with purchasing, production, warehouse, and customer service teams</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of logistics, supply chain, transportation, shipping/receiving, or customer service experience preferred</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Experience working with transportation carriers and freight providers preferred</li></ul><p><br></p>
