Assistant Controller
<p>We are looking for an experienced Assistant Controller to support core accounting operations and strengthen financial oversight for a long-term contract opportunity. This role is well suited for someone in finance with strong knowledge of month-end close, general ledger management, audit support, and financial reporting. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee month-end close activities to ensure timely completion, accurate reconciliations, and reliable financial results.</p><p>• Manage general ledger operations by reviewing entries, maintaining account accuracy, and resolving discrepancies across accounting records.</p><p>• Prepare and analyze financial reports that provide clear insight into business performance and support leadership decision-making.</p><p>• Coordinate audit support activities by organizing documentation, responding to requests, and assisting with financial statement review processes.</p><p>• Review account reconciliations and supporting schedules to confirm completeness, consistency, and adherence to internal standards.</p><p>• Partner with internal operators to strengthen accounting procedures and improve the effectiveness of financial close and reporting cycles.</p>
<p>• Bachelor degree - Accounting</p><p>• Advanced ERP knowledge</p><p>• 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, including work in an Assistant Controller or closely related capacity.</p><p>• Demonstrated expertise in month-end close processes and general ledger oversight.</p><p>• Strong background in financial reporting and preparation.</p><p>• Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, communicate clearly, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.</p>
