Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in California. This is a contract position suited for someone who can manage front-desk activities, handle communications effectively, and keep administrative tasks organized. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, accuracy in data handling, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to keep office operations running smoothly and efficiently.<br>• Receive and direct incoming phone calls, providing courteous assistance and routing inquiries to the appropriate contacts.<br>• Welcome visitors and support front-desk coverage with a service-oriented and attentive approach.<br>• Enter, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Prepare, organize, and file documents so information is easily accessible and properly maintained.<br>• Coordinate routine office support activities such as scheduling, correspondence, and general clerical assistance.<br>• Monitor administrative workflows and help ensure timely completion of assigned support tasks.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support, office assistant, or similar role.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage inbound calls and communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.<br>• Experience performing data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with general office administration and receptionist responsibilities.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.<br>• Proficiency in standard office tools and administrative processes.<br>• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented office environment.
