The systems employed by the company are adequate but there will be a need to upgrade the systems and automate the collection of data from the field consultants in the future. The principal responsibilities encompass the accounting and reporting functions, and the position has dual reporting responsibilities to a part time chief financial officer and a permanent vice president.
