Executive Assistant
<p>We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the go-to resource for executives, and takes pride in keeping operations organized and running seamlessly. The right candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.</li><li>Organize meetings, prepare materials, and ensure conference rooms and technology are ready.</li><li>Greet visitors and assist with front desk and office support activities.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and office deliveries.</li><li>Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, presentations, and other business materials.</li><li>Coordinate employee recognition and company-sponsored activities.</li><li>Maintain an organized reception area and support overall office operations.</li><li>Assist with facilities-related requests and administrative tracking.</li><li>Support special projects and additional administrative duties as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>3+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, travel coordination, executive meetings, and multiple priorities with accuracy.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including presentation support, organizational charts, and mail merge functions.</li><li>Strong keyboarding, clerical, and organizational abilities with close attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a consistent, courteous approach at all times.</li></ul>
