We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team in Fishers, Indiana in a contract-to-permanent capacity. In this role, you will coordinate technician schedules, support service operations, and help ensure customers receive timely, dependable assistance. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can balance efficiency with a strong service mindset.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate daily technician assignments and adjust schedules as service needs change throughout the day.<br>• Use dispatch and logistics systems to align service calls with technician availability, territory coverage, and response commitments.<br>• Organize routes strategically to improve productivity, reduce unnecessary travel, and support cost-effective field operations.<br>• Communicate with technicians and internal teams to provide updates, resolve scheduling conflicts, and keep appointments on track.<br>• Monitor open service requests and help ensure work is completed within customer expectations and established service targets.<br>• Support a high-quality customer experience by responding promptly to service issues and maintaining accurate dispatch records.<br>• Review call activity and workload distribution to help improve operational performance and technician utilization.

• High school diploma or equivalent.<br>• At least 3 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, call center support, restaurant management, or a related operational environment.<br>• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer systems.<br>• Ability to learn new and proprietary software tools quickly.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Experience coordinating schedules, logistics, or field service activity in a fast-paced setting.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
