<p>• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.</p><p>• Ability to handle inbound and outbound phone communication with strong attention to detail.</p><p>• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and internal coordination.</p><p>• Solid math skills with the ability to work accurately with weights, quantities, and transaction details.</p><p>• Comfortable using computers for order entry, invoice processing, and general office tasks.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.</p><p>• Dependable work habits and the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.</p><p>• Willing to travel up to 1 hour.</p>
