Down to earth individuals and positive all-around culture </li></ul><p>Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team - be available for questions, coach on best practices, review day to day work</li><li>Manage the month end close process including recs and journal entries </li><li>Responsible for forecasting and variance analysis</li><li>Manage physical inventory and understand cost accounting to ensure profitability </li></ul>

<ul><li>Willingness to be both strategic and hands on</li><li>Willingness to travel in the US 1-2x/yr</li><li>10 years of strong GAAP experience , with some manufacturing/costing/inventory experience</li></ul>
