<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Representative to manage outstanding accounts and support timely payment resolution. This role involves contacting customers, reviewing account status, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records while delivering professional customer service.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Contact customers regarding past-due balances by phone, email, and written correspondence</li><li>Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts</li><li>Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account questions</li><li>Negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of collection activity and customer communications</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams including billing, customer service, and accounting</li><li>Monitor accounts for delinquency trends and escalate issues as needed</li><li>Support month-end reporting and accounts receivable reconciliation</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>1+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to manage high-volume outreach and maintain professionalism</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel</li><li>Experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Able to multitaski</li></ul><p><br></p>
