<p><strong>Program Manager - Change Management </strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Everett, WA (Onsite)</p><p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Long Term Contract, Potential Conversion</p><p><strong>Pay: </strong>Available on W2</p><p>Due to the nature of this government-related program and applicable compliance requirements, <strong>candidates must be U.S. Citizens or lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) </strong>authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.</p><p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a complex aerospace manufacturing program focused on the development, qualification, production, and delivery of aircraft interior products. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and business stakeholders to drive program execution, manage risks, monitor performance, and help ensure successful delivery against customer commitments.</p><p>This is a fully onsite position located in Everett, Washington.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and support program execution across all phases of the product lifecycle, from development and testing through production and customer delivery.</li><li>Partner with engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, and other functional teams to achieve program objectives.</li><li>Facilitate Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities and maintain alignment across stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor program schedules, performance metrics, and key deliverables to ensure commitments are met.</li><li>Support program reviews, customer meetings, decision reviews, and internal management reviews.</li><li>Prepare, update, and maintain program documentation in accordance with contractual and business requirements.</li><li>Lead risk and opportunity management activities and provide guidance to program team members.</li><li>Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, and program performance tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with production and operations teams to manage priorities and support on-time deliveries.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.</li><li>Represent customer requirements and expectations to internal stakeholders.</li><li>Create and deliver concise, professional presentations and status reports for leadership and customers.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.</li><li>8+ years of Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related experience.</li><li>Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and coordinating multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Experience with risk management, opportunity management, and program performance monitoring.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and program metrics.</li><li>Experience supporting or leading development programs and transitioning products into production.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Previous people leadership or team management experience.</li><li>Experience working within aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, defense, or other highly regulated industries.</li><li>Experience managing OEM development or production programs.</li><li>Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).</li><li>Experience supporting production, operations, and supply chain teams in a manufacturing environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Authorization Requirement</strong></p><p>Due to the nature of this government-related program and applicable compliance requirements, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.</p>
