<p>We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves creating, enhancing, and maintaining dashboards that provide meaningful insights for stakeholders. Candidates should have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with commercial data sets, ideally within the pharma or life sciences sector.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Tableau to meet client and project requirements.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for dashboard functionality and data visualization.</p><p>• Independently query and investigate data to ensure accuracy and reliability within Tableau dashboards.</p><p>• Identify and anticipate potential data errors and address issues proactively.</p><p>• Enhance existing dashboards to improve interactivity and operational efficiency.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL to manage and manipulate data for reporting purposes.</p><p>• Develop dashboards that integrate metrics and provide actionable insights.</p><p>• Ensure dashboards align with business objectives and provide meaningful reporting capabilities.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and dashboard performance.</p><p>• Regularly review and refine dashboards to maintain their relevance and effectiveness.</p>

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Tableau development, with a proven ability to create dashboards independently.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL for data querying and manipulation.<br>• Experience working with commercial data sets, preferably in the pharma or life sciences industry.<br>• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving data-related issues.<br>• Ability to gather requirements and effectively communicate with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.<br>• Familiarity with creating interactive, operational, and reporting dashboards.<br>• Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure data accuracy and dashboard reliability.<br>• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
