<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or advanced degree preferred.</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Controller role. Prior nonprofit experience highly preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting principles (GAAP), including fund accounting and grant compliance.</li><li>Proven expertise in accounting controls and payroll management.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting and reporting software (Microsoft D365, NetSuite, QuickBooks, PowerBI, or similar).</li><li>High integrity, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for community-focused work.</li><li>Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p>
