We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team on a contract with the potential for a permanent position in Edison, New Jersey. This hybrid role requires working on-site two days a week, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement AI-driven solutions. Ideal candidates will have expertise in data strategy, AI technologies, and tools such as Databricks and Informatica.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and implement AI-driven use cases that align with organizational goals and objectives.<br>• Design and optimize data strategies using platforms like Databricks and Informatica.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders, to create scalable AI/ML solutions.<br>• Evaluate and enhance data pipelines to ensure efficient deployment of AI models.<br>• Stay informed on the latest AI advancements and recommend innovative approaches to improve business operations.<br>• Provide guidance on data governance, ensuring adherence to best practices for data quality and security.<br>• Analyze business challenges and translate them into actionable AI solutions that drive results.<br>• Support the integration of advanced analytics frameworks into existing systems and processes.

• Proven experience in developing AI/ML solutions and data strategies.<br>• Proficiency in Databricks and Informatica platforms.<br>• Strong knowledge of AI frameworks, data architecture, and analytics tools.<br>• Expertise in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like Apache Spark.<br>• Familiarity with ETL processes, including Extract, Transform, and Load operations.<br>• Ability to work with big data technologies such as Apache Hadoop and Apache Kafka.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.<br>• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
