<p>We are looking for a Contract Web Developer to support a steady pipeline of client-facing website initiatives.. This opportunity is ideal for someone with several years of WordPress experience who can build, tailor, and refine web solutions that align with project goals. The role calls for strong front-end and back-end development capabilities, along with the ability to create flexible site components and adapt existing WordPress structures for a range of client needs.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and enhance WordPress websites for multiple client engagements, ensuring each build meets functional and visual expectations.</p><p>• Modify and extend existing themes while creating child themes that allow for efficient updates and long-term maintainability.</p><p>• Produce custom page templates and reusable site elements to support scalable development across projects.</p><p>• Write and maintain clean JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and PHP code to deliver responsive and reliable website features.</p><p>• Collaborate with project stakeholders to translate business needs into practical website solutions and implementation plans.</p><p>• Troubleshoot site issues, resolve bugs, and optimize performance to improve usability and stability across environments.</p>

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.<br>• Demonstrated ability to customize themes, child themes, templates, and reusable components within WordPress.<br>• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and PHP.<br>• Experience building and supporting websites for client-driven or multi-project environments.<br>• Solid understanding of responsive web development principles and cross-browser compatibility.<br>• Ability to manage assigned work independently while meeting project deadlines.
