<p>Key Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>CPA required</li><li>10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior leadership responsibilities</li><li>Public company experience required</li><li>Experience supporting capital transactions</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC Reporting, and PCAOB audit requirements</li><li>Technical accounting expertise</li><li>Experience within a commercial product environment, including Gross-to-Net accounting</li><li>Life Sciences experience required</li><li>Experience building, mentoring, and scaling accounting teams is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
