<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a variety of technology initiatives supporting both internal business operations and customer-facing projects. This individual will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while driving successful project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.</li><li>Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.</li><li>Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive communications.</li><li>Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance initiatives involving transportation and operational systems.</li><li>Manage customer-facing technology projects including system integrations, onboarding efforts, and implementation activities.</li><li>Partner with vendors and third-party providers to ensure successful project execution.</li><li>Drive change management, user adoption, training, and process improvement efforts.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This is a fully onsite position in Johns Creek, GA. <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience managing IT projects in a complex business environment.</li><li>Proven experience leading software, application, integration, or business systems projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.</li><li>Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Exposure to Transportation Management Systems (TMS), fleet management platforms, ERP systems, or enterprise business applications. (very heavily preferred)</li><li>Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party implementations.</li><li>PMP, Agile, or related project management certification.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This is a fully onsite position in Johns Creek, GA.
