Microsoft Copilot Platform Engineer
<p>We are looking for an Microsoft Copilot Platform Engineer to support enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot technologies. This Long-term Consulting position focuses on building, configuring, and sustaining AI-driven solutions that improve collaboration, automation, and user productivity across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure services. The role blends platform engineering, integration, and governance oversight to help deliver secure, scalable, and compliant AI capabilities that align with business and operational goals.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The Microsoft Copilot Platform Engineer is responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft AI platform capabilities across the enterprise environment.</p><p> </p><p>This role enables business teams to leverage AI-powered collaboration, automation, and conversational experiences by developing and supporting Copilot solutions, integrations, and governance controls aligned with enterprise standards. The engineer works across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, and security/governance services to ensure AI capabilities are scalable, secure, compliant, and operationally effective.</p><p> </p><p>The position emphasizes hands-on platform engineering, automation, integration, and governance enablement, ensuring Microsoft AI technologies are deployed and managed in a manner that improves productivity, supports innovation, and aligns with organizational security and compliance requirements.</p>
<p>·      Experience working with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or enterprise collaboration technologies</p><p>·      Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or conversational AI technologies preferred</p><p>·      Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and cloud-based services</p><p>·      Experience working within security, governance, or compliance-controlled environments preferred</p><p>·      Experience implementing observability solutions (OpenTelemetry, Datadog, etc.)</p><p>Knowledge of data platforms, vector databases, and RAG architectures</p><p><br></p><p>·      Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent work experience)</p><p>3–7 years of experience in Microsoft platform engineering, cloud engineering, enterprise applications, or related technical roles</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Microsoft Platform Technologies</strong></p><p>·      Microsoft 365 administration and integration</p><p>·      Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities</p><p>·      Power Automate, Power Apps, and connectors</p><p>·      Azure services and identity management</p><p><strong>Governance &amp; Security</strong></p><p>·      Microsoft Purview and compliance capabilities</p><p>·      Data governance, access control, and information protection concepts</p><p>·      Understanding of enterprise security and responsible AI practices</p><p><strong>Integration &amp; Automation</strong></p><p>·      APIs, connectors, and workflow automation</p><p>·      Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar)</p><p>·      Experience integrating cloud platforms and enterprise systems</p><p><strong>Operational &amp; Collaboration Skills</strong></p><p>·      Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</p><p>·      Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences</p><p>·      Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams</p><p>Continuous learning mindset and adaptability in evolving technology environments</p>
