<p>Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise supporting and managing Windows and Linux servers, VMware environments, Citrix technologies, and Microsoft Exchange. This role requires a strong technical background, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering reliable IT infrastructure solutions.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Design, deploy, maintain, and support Windows and Linux server environments.</li><li>Manage and administer VMware infrastructure, including provisioning, monitoring, and upgrading virtual environments.</li><li>Implement, configure, and support Citrix technologies such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and related solutions.</li><li>Oversee Microsoft Exchange environments, handling installation, migration, patching, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues quickly and effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and deployments.</li><li>Maintain accurate system documentation and proactively recommend improvements or enhancements.</li><li>Participate in on-call rotation and provide escalation support as needed.</li><li><br></li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant systems engineering experience.</li><li>Proficient with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) and Linux distributions (such as Red Hat, CentOS, or Ubuntu).</li><li>Demonstrated experience administering VMware vSphere environments.</li><li>Solid understanding of Citrix technologies, including Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops and Citrix ADC.</li><li>In-depth experience managing Microsoft Exchange (2016/2019/Online).</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills across operating systems, storage, and virtualization platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with patch management tools, backup and recovery solutions, and security best practices.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, VMware VCP, Citrix CCA/CCP, Linux certifications).</li><li>Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or automation scripting for system administration.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
