This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and has strong experience in data migration, system implementation support, and structured data analysis within complex enterprise environments. This position requires to be on-site 4 days a week and there will be 1 day that will be remote. The position will focus on preparing, validating, and reconciling data while partnering with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, control, and consistency throughout the migration lifecycle.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead data migration activities across large enterprise implementation projects, ensuring source data is accurately prepared and aligned with target system requirements.</p><p>• Develop and maintain configuration tables and transformation logic to convert legacy values into standardized structures for the new environment.</p><p>• Perform detailed variance analysis on payroll and related data sets to identify discrepancies, isolate patterns, and document root causes.</p><p>• Apply disciplined version management and peer quality review practices to maintain data integrity and reduce processing errors.</p><p>• Coordinate operational follow-ups with client-facing teams while escalating issues through established governance channels when needed.</p><p>• Track project progress, maintain organized documentation, and support a highly structured delivery environment with consistent follow-through.</p><p>• Use Python, Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and ETL processes to manage, transform, and validate large volumes of data efficiently.</p>

<p>• Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale data migration or system implementation initiatives in a data-focused role.</p><p>• Hands-on ability to map legacy data elements to target-state structures and build supporting configuration tables.</p><p>• Strong analytical skills with experience investigating data variances, including payroll-related discrepancies.</p><p>• ERP or HCM experience is a MUST </p><p>• Effective communication skills for working with business partners and client-facing teams in a structured project setting.</p><p>• Ability to operate successfully within defined processes, timelines, escalation paths, and delivery standards.</p><p><br></p><p>**** For Faster response on the position, please send a message to Jimmy Escobar on LinkedIn or send an email to Jimmy.Escobar@roberthalf(.com) with your resume.
