• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP and Office 365. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights. • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. • Previous experience in nonprofit accounting is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with month-end close processes, account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
