<p>We are looking for a Field Service Technician I to join our growing team in North to Central Denver. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced traffic enforcement systems and surveillance equipment. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical projects and collaborate with engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure operational efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on automated traffic enforcement systems to ensure optimal functionality.</p><p>• Conduct basic electrical tasks, including wiring and troubleshooting electronic and mechanical components.</p><p>• Configure and program speed and red-light enforcement systems to meet operational standards.</p><p>• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with field equipment and network systems.</p><p>• Maintain organized records of equipment inventory and service-related documentation.</p><p>• Handle field equipment setup, including swapping batteries and managing hardware installations.</p><p>• Safeguard and manage tools and truck stock parts required for field operations.</p><p>• Collaborate with subcontractors and engineering teams to address system performance concerns and implement solutions.</p><p>• Follow safety protocols and quality procedures while working independently in the field.</p><p>• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet project timelines and operational goals.</p>

• Familiarity with troubleshooting electronic components, power connectivity, computer hardware, and data cabling (training available).<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10.<br>• Basic knowledge of computer networking, including IP configuration and router programming.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with team members and clients.<br>• Ability to work independently and responsibly in outdoor environments, while collaborating effectively with teams.<br>• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate specialized equipment such as bucket trucks.<br>• Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.<br>• At least one year of experience in a related technical field.
