<p>Partnering with an e-commerce organization with multiple entities seeking a Controller. This will be a hands-on role with end to end responsibilities and no management duties, to start. </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage intercompany financial consolidations and oversee general ledger accuracy.</p><p>• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.</p><p>• Track and file sales tax manually while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.</p><p>• Lead audit preparations and collaborate with external auditors.</p><p>• Handle billing, invoicing, and cash flow management to support operational needs.</p><p>• Prepare wire transfers, run payroll, and input related transactions.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with bank requirements and oversee banking operations.</p><p>• Work closely with external tax professionals to manage income tax filings.</p><p>• Prepare and consolidate monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with organizational standards.</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits for this role includes 401k with 4% company match, excellent healthcare coverage through United Healthcare, unlimited PTO, an annual company retreat and hybrid work flexibility! </p>
