Executive Assistant
<p>Dayton area company is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives.</li><li>Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.</li><li>Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.</li><li>Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.</li><li>Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional communication.</li><li>Prioritize and respond to emails and calls on behalf of the executive team.</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Support the planning and coordination of special projects and events as assigned.</li><li>Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems.</li><li>Assist with other administrative duties as needed to ensure efficient office operations.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leaders.</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.</li></ul><p><br></p>
