<p>We are looking for a skilled Front End Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Costa Mesa, California on a part-time basis.. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining WordPress websites while delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines. This position requires expertise in front-end technologies and a commitment to creating seamless user experiences.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and update multiple WordPress websites, ensuring they remain visually appealing and technically sound.</p><p>• Implement design changes, content updates, and technical improvements as required.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.</p><p>• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.</p><p>• Develop and maintain clean, efficient code using modern front-end frameworks and tools.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.</p><p>• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and best practices to enhance development processes.</p><p>• Test and debug websites across various browsers and devices for compatibility.</p><p>• Provide input on improving user experience and interface design.</p>

<p>Real estate experience a plus</p><p>CRM (Lasso), Email marketing platform (Email on Acid), and Wordpress</p><p>• Proficiency in React.js and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of front-end development.</p><p>• Solid experience with HTML and CSS, including responsive design techniques.</p><p>• Familiarity with WordPress development and customization.</p><p>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</p><p>• Knowledge of front-end frameworks and tools to support efficient coding practices.</p><p>• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
