<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Banking Onboarding &amp; KYC Specialist to support the onboarding of new personal banking clients while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations and internal policies.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new banking clients.</li><li>Review and maintain client information within core banking systems such as Temenos T24 or similar platforms.</li><li>Prepare and validate KYC/AML documentation to ensure compliance before account activation.</li><li>Communicate with clients to obtain missing information and provide onboarding support.</li><li>Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve onboarding issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and support process improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
