Controller
We are looking for a skilled Controller to join our team on a contract basis in Concord, New Hampshire. This position is ideal for an experienced individual with a strong attention to detail and a solid background in document control and accounting within the non-profit sector. You will play a critical role in managing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and organization of important documents.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee financial management and reporting processes to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.<br>• Handle document control operations, maintaining accuracy and organization of sensitive records.<br>• Manage document scanning and compilation procedures to streamline accessibility and storage.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in document processing and financial management.<br>• Develop and implement systems for tracking and scanning documents to improve operational efficiency.<br>• Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.<br>• Provide strategic insights to support decision-making within the non-profit framework.<br>• Maintain adherence to non-profit accounting standards and practices.<br>• Train and guide team members on document control and scanning protocols as needed.
<p>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control and non-profit accounting.</p><p>• Proficiency in document scanning and management systems</p><p>• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices within the non-profit industry.</p><p>• Ability to compile, organize, and manage large volumes of documents effectively.</p><p>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial and document-related tasks.</p><p>• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment.</p><ul><li>Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI)</li></ul>
