<p>We are seeking a <strong>Temporary Recruiter</strong> to support a local hotel in Commerce with the high-volume recruitment and staffing of <strong>Housekeeping team members</strong>. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, and comfortable recruiting candidates quickly in a fast-paced hospitality environment.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Recruit and screen candidates for hotel housekeeping positions</li><li>Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers</li><li>Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach</li><li>Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified housekeeping candidates</li><li>Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process</li><li>Assist with pre-employment paperwork, background checks, and onboarding coordination</li><li>Communicate job expectations, schedules, and pay information clearly to candidates</li><li>Track recruiting activity, candidate status, and hiring progress</li><li>Help meet daily and weekly hiring goals</li><li>Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience preferred</p><p>Hospitality or hotel recruiting experience is a plus</p><p>Comfortable recruiting for hourly, high-volume positions</p><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills</p><p>Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates simultaneously</p><p>Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus</p><p>Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment</p>
